INFLUENCE OF THE KIDNEY WITHDRAWAL METHOD IN DONORS FOR ALLOTRANSPLANT FUNCTION IN EARLY POSTTRANSPLANT PERIOD

The result analysis of 33 kidney allotransplantations which were performed during 6 months in the year 2009 shows a negative influence of conditions of multiorgan withdrawal in corpse donors on the functional activity of kidney transplant. But according to the data of dynamic scintigraphy from DTPA Тс-99m, minimal indexes values of perfusion and filtration are marked. They together with designed indexes of Doppler graphy (maximal systolic and ultimate diastolic blood flow rate, resistive and pulse indexes) testify to the development of tubular necrosis, which can’t be prevented with saline conserving mediums and simple hypothermia. The revealed functional disturbances are reversible but to restore full-value functions of the transplanted kidney one needs a period of reconvalescence which may differ in its duration.
