CODEX OF THE PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF THE ORTHOPEDIST-TRAUMATIC SURGEON

Codex of the professional ethics of the orthopedist-traumatic surgeon” is presented for the discussion of the wide circle of concerned specialists. It touches on rather actual problems which arise in every day work of doctors. Particular attention is paid to the problem of getting informed agreement of a patient for an operative intervention as well as the problems of expediency and validity of operative activity increase of orthopedists-traumatic surgeon. The proposed “Codex” foresees the solution of problems, which exceed the bounds of lawful regulation and deal with the interrelations of all persons who take part in the medical process.
