“INSET” PHYTOBEZOAR IN THE FEMALE PATIENT OPERATED BECAUSE OF MALIGNANT STOMACH CARCINOID
A clinical case of the phytobezoar formation in the “inset” is described in the article with further development of acute obstruction demanding emergent surgical intervention in the female patient with rather a rare malignant neoplasm of the stomach (carcinoid). This patient earlier underwent extirpation of the stomach with jejunogastroplasty and formation of the “serous-muscular sphincter”.
