ТРОМБОЛИЗИС В ЛЕЧЕHИИ ОСТРОГО ТРОМБОЗА ГЛУБОКИХ ВЕH HИЖHИХ КОHЕЧHОСТЕЙ

На сегодняшний день изучение динамики развития и течения острого тромбоза глубоких вен (ТГВ) в эксперименте, рандомизированные сравнения тромболизиса и тромбэктомии с антикоагулянтной терапией подтверждают положение, что стратегия лечения, направленная на удаление тромбов уменьшает выраженность посттромботических изменений. В статье представлен обзор литературы с обоснованием роли и места катетерного троболизиса в лечении ТГВ. Доказано, что раннее удаления тромбов из магистральных вен, позволяет не только значительно снизить риск развития посттромботической болезни (ПТБ), но и улучшить качество жизни пациентов.
