СОВРЕМЕHHЫЕ ПРИHЦИПЫ HЕОАДЪЮВАHТHОГО ЛЕЧЕHИЯ БОЛЬHЫХ РАКОМ МОЛОЧHОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

Лечение больных раком молочной железы зависит от стадии заболевания, возраста пациентки, морфологического строения опухоли и других факторов прогноза. Для уменьшения размеров опухоли перед хирургическим лечением при раке молочной железы применяют различные методы воздействия: лучевую, химио- и эндокринотерапию. В статье приводятся литературные сведения о неоадъювантной химиотерапии и эндокринной терапии больных раком молочной железы.
