ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОЕ ЛЕЧЕHИЕ ХРОHИЧЕСКОГО ПАHКРЕАТИТА С ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВЕHHЫМ ПОРАЖЕHИЕМ ГОЛОВКИ ПОДЖЕЛУДОЧHОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

В статье представлены непосредственные послеоперационные результаты лечения больных хроническим панкреатитом с преимущественным поражением головки поджелудочной железы. Прооперирован 201 пациент (мужчин – 176, женщин – 25). Операция Бегера выполнена 102 (50,7%), Бернская модификация операции Бегера – 27 (13,5%), Операция Фрея – 13 (6,5%), ПДР – 59 (29,3%) пациентам. При обследовании в дооперационном периоде интенсивность болевого синдрома статистически значимо не отличалась у пациентов с различными осложнениями, а также не зависела от ширины главного панкретического протока. При ПДР интраоперационная гемотрансфузия была статистически значимо больше, чем в остальных группах (р<0,05). В группе пациентов, которым выполнено ПДР лечение в РАО было более продолжительным, чем в остальных группах (р<0,05). Число осложнений статистически значимо выше после панкреатодуоденальной резекции (66,1%) (р<0,05).
