НАСЫЩЕHHЫЕ ЖИРHЫЕ КИСЛОТЫ В СЫВОРОТКЕ КРОВИ ПРИ ДОБРОКАЧЕСТВЕHHЫХ И ЗЛОКАЧЕСТВЕHHЫХ ОПУХОЛЯХ МОЛОЧHОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

Влияние диеты на развитие различных патологических процессов в организме человека является предметом пристального внимания в настоящее время. Все питательные вещества, не синтезирующиеся в организме человека (в том числе эссенциальные жирные кислоты) могут оказывать прямое или опосредованное регуляторное действие на патофизиологические и биохимические процессы. Более 30% случаев рака связывают с диетой и потреблением жира. Жирные кислоты являются компонентами фосфолипидов биомембран и предшественниками многих биологически активных веществ, участвуют во многих регуляторных процессах, патогенезе апоптоза и регуляции экспрессии DNA, что является важным компонентом онкогенеза и прогресса опухолей. К настоящему времени предложено множество возможных механизмов взаимосвязи патогенеза рака и качественного жирнокислотного состава организма. Данное исследование имело целью установить спектр насыщенных жирных кислот у здоровых женщин – доноров, больных доброкачественными опухолями и раком молочной железы. Установлено, что наиболее значимым изменениям подвергается содержание миристиновой кислоты в сыворотке крови: происходит снижение этого показателя при доброкачественных заболеваниях и на всех стадиях рака молочной железы. Содержание пальмитиновой и стеариновой кислоты оставалось стабильным в исследуемых группах.
