МОДЕЛИРОВАHИЕ КОЖHЫХ РАH В ЭКСПЕРИМЕHТЕ

Создание и внедрение новых способов и средств местного лечения ран происходит поэтапно: исследования in vitro, in vivo и проведение клинических испытаний. Основополагающим моментом этого процесса является изучение влияния предлагаемого средства на заживление экспериментальной раны у лабораторного животного ввиду наличия единых фаз течения раневого процесса с человеком и схожести самого механизма заживления. К главным проблемам, с которыми сталкивается исследователь на первоначальном этапе, относятся подбор оптимального вида экспериментального животного и необходимой модели кожной раны. Отсутствие компоновки в единых литературных источниках и разрозненность имеющейся информации приводит к тому, что во время отработки эксперимента ученые затрачивают время, ресурсы и оперируют дополнительное количество животных. В данной статье обобщены литературные данные по применяемым методам моделирования как наиболее распространенных, так и редких видов кожных ран, включая ожоги и трофические язвы, у различных лабораторных животных. Показаны особенности создания таких ран, нюансы, на которые следует обращать внимание, и отработанные техники их создания у различных видов. Описаны варианты течения и показаны перспективы развития данного направления хирургии.
