РЕЦИДИВ ВАРИКОЗHОГО РАСШИРЕHИЯ ВЕH HИЖHИХ КОHЕЧHОСТЕЙ

В статье представлен обзор отечественной и зарубежной литературы по этиологии, диагностике и лечению рецидива варикозного расширения вен нижних конечностей. Указаны две современные классификационные схемы, используемые для оценки рецидива варикозного расширения вен нижних конечностей, в зависимости от первичного оперативного вмешательства: REVAS и PREVAIT. Кроме этого, авторами анализирована частота встречаемости рецидива варикозной болезни после различных методов устранения первичного заболевания. В литературном обзоре обобщены взгляды ряда зарубежных авторов на определение самого понятия «рецидив варикозной болезни нижних конечностей». Изложены устоявшиеся представления и современные гипотезы о причинах этого осложнения. Подчеркнута роль ультразвукового дуплексного ангиосканирования вен нижних конечностей, как оптимального диагностического метода, позволяющего с высокой точностью выявить основные патоморфологические и гемодинамические причины развития рецидива заболевания. В обзоре представлена характеристика как классических, так и современных методов коррекции рецидива варикозного расширения вен нижних конечностей. Показано, что использование комбинации различных нехирургических методов лечения в зависимости от конкретной клинической ситуации позволяет повысить качество медицинской помощи, оказываемой этой сложной категории пациентов.
