ПЕHHАЯ СКЛЕРОТЕРАПИЯ: ИСТОРИЯ РАЗВИТИЯ И СОВРЕМЕHHЫЕ ДАHHЫЕ

Склеротерапия – это современный, безопасный и эффективный метод лечения хронических заболеваний вен, который приобрел огромную популярность среди флебологов всех стран. Последнее десятилетие ознаменовалось внедрением в клиническую практику качественно новой технологии – пенной склерооблитерации вен, основанной на введении препарата в форме мелкодисперсной пены. Ультразвуковой контроль процедуры не только упрощает этап пункции расширенных вен, но и дает возможность оценить непосредственный и отдаленный результаты лечения. В данной статье на основе данных литературы с использованием электронных баз PubMed, MEDLINE, EMBASE рассмотрены принципы пенной склеротерапии, история ее развития, эффективность и возможные побочные эффекты.
