МЕЖДУHАРОДHАЯ КЛАССИФИКАЦИЯ ОСТРОГО ПАHКРЕАТИТА (АТЛАHТА, 1992) – СОВРЕМЕHHЫЕ ТЕHДЕHЦИИ В ПЕРЕСМОТРЕ

В обзорной статье описаны современные тенденции в пересмотре классификации острого панкреатита (Атланта, 1992). Анализируются все разделы третьего пересмотра классификации, проведённого международной рабочей группой. Ревизованная классификация острого панкреатита сопоставляется с определениями 1992 года (Атланта), а также классификацией, используемой в отечественной панкреатологии. Отмечаются достоинства и недостатки ревизованной международной классификации острого панкреатита.
