ХРОHИЧЕСКИЙ АУТОИММУHHЫЙ ПАHКРЕАТИТ

Аутоиммунный панкреатит (АИП) – редкая форма хронического панкреатита (ХП). Он не имеет свойственной только ему клинической картины. Однако сочетание присущих АИП серологических, гистоморфологических признаков и данных инструментальных методов исследования позволяет установить его наличие. Для установления диагноза АИП требуется системный подход, который наиболее полно отражён в диагностических критериях, предложенных исследователями из клиники Мейо. С практической точки зрения имеет значение наличие схожих симптомов, наблюдающихся у больных раком поджелудочной железы. Это может обусловить выполнение обширных хирургических вмешательств, ухудшающих прогноз течения АИП. В представленной статье обобщены имеющиеся данные литературы, касающиеся патогенеза, клинической картины, принципов диагностики и лечения АИП.
